Medicare & Medicaid Assistant Program (MMAP)

If you have questions about Medicare or Medicaid, you can get help from MMAP (Medicare/Medicaid Assistance Program).  Please call 616-222-7031 and leave a message.  Also, a MMAP representative will be at the Howard City Action Center on the 3rd Monday of the month from 10:00am-1:00pm, the Stanton Commission on Aging site on the 3rd Tuesday of the month from 9:30am-3:00pm, and the Greenville Senior Center on the 3rd Wednesday of the month from 9:30am-2:00pm.  Drop ins welcome, appointments appreciated.  Please call 616-222-7031 if you would like to schedule an appointment.
