Circuit Court Clerk

The County Clerk is the Clerk to the Circuit Court. All case initiations/filings in domestic matters; civil claims in excess of $25,000; and felony matters take place within the Clerk's Office. Personal Protection Orders (PPO) are also filed with the County Clerk. Copies of court records can be obtained at a cost of $1 per page or $10 for the first page and $1 for each additional page for a certified copy.

Passport applications are also executed at the Circuit Court Clerk's Office. Passport photos are available for $18.

The Circuit Court Calendar can be found by clicking the link below. The information from the calendar comes from the court docketing system, and your hearing will not appear on the calendar if the appropriate notice was not filed.
