The Board Members would like to remind you that water softeners and garbage disposals are not permitted to be connected to or allowed to discharge into the sanitary sewer system. Also, to prevent damage to the system, electricity must be provided to the control panel year-round.

As always, you are still able to mail check payments to the Drain Commission or pay in person by cash or check.

To make a payment online via credit/debit card or electronic check go to BS&A and select "Utility Billing." You will be prompted to enter your account number, name or billing address to continue.

BS&A Convenience Fees

  • Credit Cards: 3% with a minimum of $2. We accept Visa, MasterCard and Discover
