Death records are available from 1867 to current date. We have records for individuals who have died in Montcalm County. The cost for a certified copy is $20 ($10 for each additional copy of the same record).
You may order online by using our GovPayNow Portal. If using this link, please email us at Vitals@Montcalm.us with the following information:
- The name of the decedent, with their date of death
- How many copies you are ordering
- Mailing address for where the Death Records are being sent
- Please be aware, you are REQUIRED to send us a self addressed envelope with pre-paid postage provided. We will not mail the records to you, you MUST provide us with this envelope.
